Expert Witness Reports
We are members of the RICS Dispute Resolution Faculty and frequently deal with a range of matters including valuation issues, building disputes and negligence claims. Our reports are presented clearly and concisely and comply with the Civil Procedure Rules and the RICS Practice Statement entitled Surveyors Acting as Expert Witnesses.
We have extensive experience of providing evidence in Court under cross examination.
Boundary Disputes
We frequently deal with boundary disputes and always try to bring a straightforward common sense approach to resolving what can be a particularly stressful problem. Site plans suitable for the Land Registry can be prepared.
Building Disputes
We are often asked to help out where a dispute arises between a builder and a client. This may involve a disagreement over the quality and extent of the work or the final costs.
